TThis was the 3rd time I have used Jay-Tex Systems to repair my laptop. I don't have enough time to say all the good things I would like to say about Jay and Jay-Tex Systems. He is the best. He picks up my laptop and drops it off; gets the job done quickly; he does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it; the work done is always top notch; he's professional and courteous; and the first time I used his service, he convinced Dell to reverse their decision and honor my warranty for the replacement of 2 daughter-boards ruined by an iced tea spill. So, what could have cost me $300+ ended up only costing me $60. Awesome.
